Processing — batching

Micro-dosing
and batching systems.

The vitamins, minerals and actives are grams in a tonne — and the whole product specification rides on those grams.

TLG micro doser with hopper and drive, installed

In brief

Micro-dosing systems weigh minor ingredients — vitamins, minerals, enzymes, colours — to gram accuracy and deliver them into the main batch in the right sequence. TLG builds dosing stations with screw or vibratory feeders on precision load cells, sequenced by recipe-driven batching controls with full batch records.

In detail

How it works.

Accuracy at gram scale is a mechanical discipline: small feeders that can trickle, weigh vessels isolated from plant vibration, and dosing sequences that add ingredients in an order the recipe's chemistry allows. The batch record is regulatory currency in infant formula and supplements — the controls produce it automatically.
