Solutions — packaging

Powder packaging
and bulk bag systems.

The end of the line is a beginning for someone else's — filling that hits weight, seals dust, and repeats every cycle.

Stainless packing conveyor line built by TLG

In brief

TLG builds powder packaging and transfer systems: bulk bag (FIBC) fillers and unloaders, manual bag dump stations, and tanker loading. Each is engineered for contained, weighed, repeatable transfer — dust sealed at the spout, weights hit by load-cell control, operators protected by design.

In detail

How it works.

Packaging is where product value either ships or spills. TLG's stations seal the bag spout before powder moves, densify while filling so bags stack stably, and weigh on live load cells so every bag leaves at declared weight.

Filling
Bulk bags (FIBC), sacks, bins, tankers
Unloading
Bulk bag dischargers with massage and dust-tight spouts
Weighing
Load-cell platforms, declared-weight control
Containment
Inflatable spout seals, extraction at transfer points

Common questions

Frequently asked questions.

How should bulk bags be restrained when filling?
Supported on all four lifting loops from a rated frame, sitting square on a pallet on the weighing deck, with the fill spout sealed to the bag neck. Densification during filling stabilises the load. A bag should never be filled hanging from fewer than four loops.
