Solutions — processing

Powder processing
sieving, mixing and dosing.

Sieve it, protect it, blend it, dose it — the stages that turn received powder into the product specification.

A TLG rotary sifter installed in-line on a powder processing plant

In brief

Between intake and packing, powder is screened for oversize, protected against metal contamination, blended to recipe and dosed to weight. TLG engineers these processing stages — sieving, magnetic separation, mixing, micro-dosing — as part of the line, not as isolated machines.

In detail

How it works.

Processing equipment earns its keep in the exceptions: catching the stitching thread before the mixer, the tramp metal before the customer, the weighing error before the batch. TLG integrates each stage with the conveying either side, so containment never breaks between machines.

Screening
Vibratory sieves for check and grading duties
Protection
Magnetic separation; metal-detection integration
Blending
Batch mixers matched to recipe and shear tolerance
Dosing
Micro-ingredient batching to gram accuracy
