Industries — dairy
New Zealand's flagship export is a powder. TLG's systems carry it from dryer to despatch without breaking the agglomerate, the hygiene chain, or the batch record.

In brief
TLG engineers powder handling for dairy processors — milk powder, infant formula, supplements and flavoured-milk bases. The demands are specific: dense-phase conveying that protects friable agglomerates, hygienic stainless storage, gram-accurate micro-dosing for fortified products, and full batch traceability. TLG has served NZ's dairy industry since 2010.
Applications

Whole and skim milk powder are friable, hygroscopic and combustible — three properties that dictate every design decision after the dryer.

Every jurisdiction that imports it audits it. Formula lines are built for the inspector as much as the powder.

Whey proteins, creatine, flavour systems and actives — blended products whose label claim depends on the mix surviving to the scoop.

Cocoa, sugar, stabilisers and flavours, dosed into a liquid process — the powder side of a beverage plant, done without the haze.
ViewThe powder problem
Spray-dried dairy powders are engineered particles: agglomerated for solubility, sensitive to attrition and moisture. Handling that would be adequate for sand undoes the dryer's work — which is why dairy lines specify dense phase over dilute, mass-flow silos over flat-bottomed tanks, and contained transfer everywhere.
TLG's pedigree is this industry: the team's history runs through the Nu-Con era of NZ dairy engineering, and the Auckland works builds to dairy hygiene standards as its default, not its exception.
