Storage — weighing

Weigh hoppers
for accurate batching.

The recipe is only as good as the weighing — load cells isolated from the plant that shakes around them.

TLG hoppers on a mezzanine with batch weigh indicators on the deck below

In brief

A weigh hopper batches powder by weight on load cells, isolated from surrounding plant through flexible inlet and outlet connections so vibration cannot corrupt the reading. TLG builds weigh hoppers with dosing feeders above and controlled discharge below, integrated into recipe-driven batching controls.

In detail

How it works.

Weighing accuracy is mechanical before it is electronic: three load cells on a rigid frame, bellows isolating every connection, and feeders that can trickle the last grams. TLG designs the mechanical isolation and the dosing sequence together, because that is where batching accuracy is actually made.

Mounting
Three-point load cells, isolated frame
Connections
Flexible bellows at inlet and outlet
Dosing
Bulk + trickle feed sequences for final-gram accuracy
Controls
Recipe batching integration, batch records
