Storage — receival

Receival hoppers
for contained intake.

Intake sets the tone for the whole line: contained tipping, controlled extraction, and dust captured at the source.

A line of TLG receival vessels and convey pipework down a plant corridor

In brief

A receival hopper is the intake point of a powder line — accepting product from bags, bulk bags or tankers and metering it into the process. TLG builds receival hoppers with integral dust extraction, screened openings, and the discharge feeder engineered as one assembly.

In detail

How it works.

Intake is where operators meet powder, so containment does double duty: product hygiene and operator exposure. Extraction hoods draw across the opening, grates keep foreign objects out, and the extraction feeder underneath is sized so the hopper never floods or starves the line.
