Mechanical — vibratory

Vibratory feeders
for controlled discharge.

No flights, no pinch points — product walks along a vibrating tube. The gentlest mechanical transfer there is.

In brief

A vibratory feeder conveys powder along a tube or tray using controlled vibration — thousands of tiny throws per minute that walk product forward without flights or moving parts in the product zone. It is the gentlest mechanical method, ideal for fragile products and precise feed control.

In detail

How it works.

Drive amplitude sets the rate, instantly and repeatably — which is why vibratory feeders sit under hoppers ahead of weighers and packing machines. Stop the drive and flow stops dead: clean cut-off that screws cannot match.

With nothing in the product zone but a polished tube, cleaning is trivial and product damage is effectively nil — the choice for coated granules, agglomerates and anything a screw would shear.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions.

What is a vibratory feeder used for?
Controlled discharge from hoppers into weighing, packing or processing — anywhere flow must be precise, instantly stoppable and gentle. The vibration rate sets the feed rate, making it a natural dosing device for fragile powders and granules.
