Every powder line needs a gate that oversize cannot pass — TLG builds its own vibratory sieves for exactly that duty.
TLG equipment — photographed on site
In brief
Industrial sieving passes powder across a vibrating mesh so oversize, agglomerates and foreign matter are rejected before the product moves on. TLG designs and fabricates its own stainless vibratory sieves for check-screening at intake and before packing — the two points where a mesh earns its keep.
In detail
How it works.
Check-screening is insurance priced in mesh: everything that should not be in the product — string, film, agglomerated lumps — stays on the screen, and the sieve's discharge tells you it happened. In-line designs keep the transfer contained; quick-release decks keep changeovers short.
The sifter photographed is a TLG vibratory unit, installed and running — fed by a flexible screw conveyor off the bag dumping station.

The stand, the discharge below the deck and the blower set behind — what gets installed is more than the machine.
A rotary sifter, for a gentler screen at higher rate than a vibratory deck will take.

Frequently asked questions.
What is check-screening?
A safety sieve rather than a grading one — mesh coarse enough to pass all good product freely, fine enough to reject foreign matter and lumps. It runs at intake to protect the plant and before packing to protect the customer, and its rejects stream is the audit trail.
