Four loops on a rated frame, a sealed spout, a live scale under the pallet — filling reduced to a controlled, repeatable cycle.
TLG equipment — photographed on site
In brief
A bulk bag filler suspends an FIBC by its four loops, seals the fill spout with an inflatable collar, and fills by weight on a load-cell deck while a densification table settles the powder. TLG builds fillers from manual stations to automated lines, dust-contained and accurate to declared weight.
In detail
How it works.
Filling quality shows up downstream: a densified, square-filled bag stacks and ships; a soft one leans and splits. The cycle — hang, inflate seal, fill by weight with densification, release — is engineered so the operator's judgement is never the accuracy device.
Sealing
Inflatable spout collar — dust stays in the bag
Weighing
Load-cell deck, declared-weight cut-off
Densification
Vibration table during fill
Formats
Manual to automated, pallet or hook suspension

Frequently asked questions.
What is an FIBC?
A Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container — the woven polypropylene 'bulk bag' holding roughly 500–2000 kg of dry product, lifted by integral loops. It is the default bulk pack for powders between plants, which makes controlled filling and discharge equipment a core part of any powder line.
