Beverages — energy drinks
Caffeine, taurine, vitamins — potent actives dosed at label-claim accuracy into powder sticks or syrup batches, handled contained.

In brief
Energy drink production doses potent actives — caffeine, taurine, vitamin premixes — where both accuracy and operator exposure matter. TLG builds contained dosing systems: sealed transfer from supplier pack, precision weighing to label claim, and delivery into blends or liquid batching without open handling.
The powder problem
Caffeine is dosed in milligrams per serving and regulated accordingly — and it is also a substance operators should not breathe. Contained transfer (sealed bag stations, vacuum conveying), precision micro-dosing and automatic batch records serve the label claim and the operator in the same design.
The process — stage by stage
Every stage below is equipment TLG designs and builds — follow any of them into the solutions range.
Sacks and bulk bags enter the line contained — dust captured at the tip point, foreign objects screened out.
Silos with discharge engineered to the powder's measured flow properties — storage that empties reliably.
Every ingredient weighed to recipe on isolated load cells, majors to minors, with the batch record generated automatically.
Magnets hold ferrous wear metal; check-sieves reject oversize — placed where HACCP analysis puts them.
Continuous or batch delivery of powders into liquid processing, at the rate the dissolver can wet.
Capture at every transfer point, ducted to reverse-jet filtration — hygiene, compliance and recovered product.
One control system sequencing the whole line — recipes, interlocks and records included.
