Food — instant mixes
Soup, sauce, dessert and beverage mixes — products that are nothing but a blend, sold on dissolving right every time.

In brief
Instant mixes are pure blending products: a dozen ingredients weighed, mixed and packed, with homogeneity as the whole specification. TLG builds mix plants around accurate batching, mixers matched to the recipe, and anti-segregation transfer from blender to packing head.
The powder problem
A sachet is a tiny sample of a big batch — if the blend segregates between mixer and filler, every sachet is a different recipe. Short mass-flow routes, minimal drops and gentle transfer carry the mixer's work to the pack intact.
The process — stage by stage
Every stage below is equipment TLG designs and builds — follow any of them into the solutions range.
Sacks and bulk bags enter the line contained — dust captured at the tip point, foreign objects screened out.
Transfer matched to the powder — pneumatic phase chosen for friability, mechanical for short controlled runs.
Silos with discharge engineered to the powder's measured flow properties — storage that empties reliably.
Every ingredient weighed to recipe on isolated load cells, majors to minors, with the batch record generated automatically.
Blenders matched to the recipe's shear tolerance, with discharge designed so the blend survives to the pack.
Magnets hold ferrous wear metal; check-sieves reject oversize — placed where HACCP analysis puts them.
Filling by weight on live load cells — densified, dust-sealed bags that stack and ship at declared weight.
Capture at every transfer point, ducted to reverse-jet filtration — hygiene, compliance and recovered product.
One control system sequencing the whole line — recipes, interlocks and records included.
